With deep roots in hospitality, event design, and guest-focused service, she brings warmth, intention, and ease to every detail aboard Eleganté. Her love for gathering people in meaningful, beautiful spaces is the heartbeat of Decked Out Seattle.
Born of the Pacific Northwest’s rich maritime spirit, Rachel grew up with a deep appreciation for the water and the joy of coastal living. From the San Juan Islands to the shores of the Mediterranean, she’s found that the most memorable moments often happen when you’re surrounded by nature, good people, and just the right amount of magic.
